Social Media Predictions 2016

So you may remember that I headed to #smlondon LIVE back in November, a day of social media talks which were really beneficial.  And after, I received a tweet from Laurence who heads up one aspect of http://socialmedialondon.co.uk asking for my 2016 social media prediction…

and whilst I am no means an expert in anything social media based (and I do wing things a bit with my blog, and I am quickly learning on the job, I do realise that social media for a business is very different to personal media) adding to that, I have pretty much taught myself twitter as I didn’t use it until I had my blog.. here is my 2016 prediction…

I do strongly believe that short form content will benefit those of us that write long form content, in that we can regularly post updates on other people’s articles, but also have a bank building up of our short form links  that will enable us to write future long form content, as we will already have the news article and our opinion!

You can read the full article here: http://socialmedialondon.co.uk/2016-predictions/ and I would recommend it, even if just for your own personal social media account, some of the predictions include things like video content, e-commerce development, promoting content and lots more!
