I happened to stumble across #SuffolkLive on twitter on Thursday morning and I am so pleased that I did.
#SuffolkLive was a 24 hour tweetathon by Suffolk Constabulary tweeting live updates on calls they received.
It showcased various types of calls, from both 999 to 101 calls, those requiring urgent police attention as well as other matters. It really showed the variety of work and calls that the police deal with on a daily basis.
Please do check out the hashtag #SuffolkLive and also follow @SuffolkPolice on twitter. It was a great use of social media and one I hope they will be running again and I also hope that other Police Forces run them too!
