As part of the selection process, priority will be given to articles presenting a critical or interdisciplinary approach to legal questions.<\/p>\n<p>The Editorial Board\u00a0encourage submissions which are original and innovative, and those which provide some added value to on-going legal debates both in the UK and internationally.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Guidelines:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Article selections will be made by the Editorial Board through a double-blind review process based on \u00a0the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clarity;<\/li>\n<li>accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>originality; and<\/li>\n<li>academic merits of each piece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They\u00a0encourage submissions from students, scholars and practitioners in all legal disciplines.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Key Dates:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deadline for Submissions: 18 January 2016<br \/>\nNotification of Acceptance: 8 February 2016<br \/>\nDate of Publication: April 2016<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Submissions Criteria:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>What is acceptable material for submission: articles, book reviews, case studies and commentaries.<\/p>\n<p>All articles submitted should be between 4,000 and 10,000 words (book reviews and commentaries should be between 3,000 and 5,000) and must be submitted online through our electronic submissions system at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bbklr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">bbklr.org<\/a>.
